Ocean Vibes is the kind of operation that makes you feel part of their family (the fun part!).

We just got back from our first visit to the Turks and Caicos over the Christmas holidays and wanted to share with others our wonderful experience with Ocean Vibes.

Good news, bad news. We did not book ahead for diving and the larger more advertised dive operators were already booked, GOOD NEWS, somehow we got Wayne's phone number and waited a little anxiously for the "ugly green catamaran,with no name", his description, not ours to pick us up from the beach in front of our hotel. Once on the boat we were pleasantly surprised to meet Wayne and Riquez. After our first dive, all of our fears were gone and Wayne even went back to the beach to pick up 6 more members of our group during our in-between-dives time so that they could enjoy snorkeling and lunch with us. This included 83-year-old Gramps, who had a great time.

Our group enjoyed two more days of diving with Ocean Vibes on a newer larger boat with an actual name, the "Wayward". This included my two sons, Cody and Zach, and their 6'6'' friend, Sam. Sam first received Scuba instruction in the pool with Riquez, and then joined the dive with Todd and JR. They all had a wonderful experience and came home with the intention of becoming certified because of their experience, a great compliment for any dive operation. The Amphitheatre dive with JR is in my top 5 dives so far. Ocean Vibes is the kind of operation that makes you feel part of their family (the fun part!). They make you feel safe and comfortable diving and if you haven't dove in awhile they put you back in the water gently with helpful reminders of how it's done.
